Tralala! This artsy deep dive doodle was inspired by an episode of the Great Baking show when someone made a Sweet American pie – Pecan, but could have been Apple or Sweet Potato.
I sat up and said: “So what about a Sweet Canadian Pie?” In real culinary life it would be Maple Syrup Pie, so many yum yums.
But along the way, between the idea and the paint, it morphed into this wonderful crew of women doing their synchro swimming routine in a delicious pie crust. They swim with joy and sweet beauty for our delight.
